This beautifully designed horse has been for some time,apart of Federico's private collection..An avid collector of only the finest Mexican vintage & Native American jewelry & artifacts,it's really no surprise that he found this worthy to be apart of his collection.

Showing off all the muscular beauty of the largely designed Horse,this is made with a real Western/Southwestn edge..The horse is made with a repousse technique where all the lifted design on the frontside, is pounded from the back.This is a technique that takes skill,since any mistakes will clearly be see on the front.The back then, is covered by a backing of sheet sterling.

Both the mane & the tail have some phenomenal Spiny Oyster Shell mosaic inlay work,where on the mane,each are cut to fit into each grooved section & on the long flowing tail,the cuts are laid in a channel mosaic inlay. Both of these sections were made separately & then added onto the horse(See last photo backside)

It has a Shepherds hook on the back,so it can hook onto your favorite sterling beaded necklace or you can be put it on multi strands of Spiny Oyster or any other stone! Perfect piece to pair with any western attire!!

**I only had a 22" length necklace at home when I took the photo,but in all honesty with this large of a size pendant,it actually will look better away from the neck & speaking with experience, this size looks better with at least a 26" length necklace or longer!.However,this is your call **
