  • Before shipping,we carefully look over all items before sending out & take photos of the item(s). We check the clasps on necklaces & bracelets, the clips if they’re a clip on earring,etc.. We double protect the item(s) with bubble wrap & or popcorn to make sure the item will not get damaged due to bad handling from the post office..But in case we may have missed something or something does possibly happen in the shipping process,we would like you to photograph the detail in question & send in a email) .The item has to be returned within 5 days from the time of delivery & is to be received back unworn,with no alterations,perfumes,original packaging & in same condition it was received.When returning it,please do a signature confirmation,so you know it has been received(Especially an expensive item) .Once received,we will be happy to exchange it for something else of equal or greater value..

  • Everything is measured out for you,so please go over the measurements 1st, to avoid a return.It is suggested that you take something from your closet & measure against something that fits you best..

  • If by chance there is something wrong with the item & has to be returned(Any faults,etc.) The item has to come back,unworn,tags still attached(If any) free of pet hairs,perfumes,make up,no alterations,etc..We will not refund,nor exchange if this is the case.Buyer pays all return shipping fees..

       ~PLEASE READ TERMS BEFORE PURCHASING~

**I do all my own photography & I do not consider myself a 'professional photographer" but I do try to give you photos that are 'realistic" in color,just so you're not shocked, nor disappointed when you get the piece. I find photographing anything with 'yellow' in it, (orange, green) can come up a little more vivid,so please take this into consideration.

To give you close ups,pictures tend to look much more larger & more magnified than in actuality.Items tend to look extremely large in close ups & then when you get it,we sometimes are shocked to see they are not as big as they looked in the photos! So to get an idea of size,please take out a measuring tape & use it against my given measurements.

If you find the item is not as great as I think it is,it does not mean the item is 'not as described'..
