THE PENDANT:
Coming from an era where using nothing less than the finest of natural turquoise,I have to admit,that Leon really knows how to pick THE best there is!! Just look at that green color this cut has! It's flippin unbelievably GORGEOUS & it doesn't get any prettier than this! It's so signature Royston,where you have those deep mesmerizing greens with that added touch of blue,along with golden brown matrix patterns that give it it's beauty! The stone is cut to perfection,where the lapidarist beautifully domed & beveled the turquoise & sits quite high above the bezel..

It is obvious that Leon let the stones shape dictate the overall teardrop shape of the pendant. Framed by twisted wire,the turquoise is highlighted with numerous little conchos that Leon makes himself by melting the sterling into beads & then hand stamps each one.The pendant is anchored from his hand made tapered bale,that is a piece of art in itself.The bale opening will comfortably fit a bead/chain size of NO LARGER than a 6-7 mm diameter or another suggestion is by putting this on a thick leather strand for a more western look!!!

The sterling is finished in a 'vintage revival' finishing,so there'll be no need to polish it! For those who don't wear 'big',this pendant will give you all the beauty of traditional Navajo hand made jewelry,without being 'over the top".
