DESCRIPTION:
Made with a hand select variety of some killer green colored cuts from the Royston mine..Each cut shows the beautiful greens that this mine produces, that range from olive greens to teal greens & also has polychrome Royston, which is at the top of the list for many serious buyers. The cuts are mostly "free form" cuts (No certain shape) and were carefully considered for their color, rather than for an evenly matched shape. Royston's signature colored matrix can be seen on many that range from it's earthy golden yellow brown matrix to a rich warm brown.
It's made in a Squash Blossom style,this is designed with 18 chunky size stones(9 per side) in the neckline & are placed in a simple bezel housing that have a little size 'tubular" blossom on the ends. (See backside photos) The Naja center is beautifully arranged in a cluster style. Each stone is placed in a simple bezel housing & is finished in a contemporary mirrored polished finished sterling.
In comparison to many Santa Fe/Southwestern Squash Blossom necklaces, I would not call this one "over the top' in size, nor weight & has a lighter, more wearable weight.(See weights below for you to decide)
