These were made in the 1960's & are in very well kept condition! Made in a lengthy 4 tier style, where the design gets longer & wider as the design progresses to the bottom.Made in a ‘ladder’ style,the tier's go from a 1 to 2 to 3 & finally a 4 stone horizontal lay out.

The Zuni people are known for their meticulous cluster work where each & every stone/shell is cut by hand..This is the beauty of the Zuni's work,which were made at a time where there weren't plentiful jewelry supply houses where you could buy stones already cut & shaped & to know that these stones were cut with more 'primitive' style tools,will only make you appreciate the precise diamond shaped cuts, that much more.

Even these are just under 4",they are light weight & extremely wearable while displaying their historical past. Truly a elegant earring!
