If ever the delicate feeling of "Love" were to be perfectly captured and expressed in a single earring, it would undoubtedly be an earring just like these! It’s in these thoughtful details that the overall design truly transcends the ordinary, taking the entire earring gracefully over the edge and infusing it with a serene, deeply feminine essence, all while adding an unmistakable touch of refined elegance!

It’s earrings like these that deeply contribute to Federico’s initial beginning when he arrived in the United States by way of his birthplace of Oaxaca, Mexico, many decades ago. He brought with him not only vintage Native American jewelry that he had carefully collected through the years, but also signature traditional Oaxaca jewelry. By bringing the latter to the forefront of the jewelry scene, Federico established himself firmly on the map within the industry. It was these authentic traditional designs from Oaxaca that elevated this jewelry onto a much larger visual platform, and over time, this distinctive style became strongly associated with the name “Federico.”

The earrings are entirely made by skilled hands, featuring an intricate three-tier moveable design. If you closely examine the tops, you will notice they are adorned with a “Heart within a Heart” pattern, showcasing exquisite workmanship. (See photo 4) The second tier consists of hand-tooled kissing doves, carefully stamped to highlight their realistic wings, tails, bodies, and feather detailing. In the center hangs a large cascabel domed dangle that moves freely, adding dynamic charm to the piece. The third tier truly reveals the artisan’s expertise, designed in a distinctive “Horseshoe” pattern. This horseshoe is remarkable for its alternating textures, combining a brilliant ‘Diamond Cut’ technique with smooth, polished sections. Around the perimeter, beautifully done filigree wirework enhances the design while simultaneously providing a stylish support for the delicate pearl dangles they hold.
