He has exquisite tastes (and knowledge) for antiquities that are on the "rare & unusual" side & especially ones that have historical Latin/Native American stories.

THE BROOCH:

With all this said,this very old filigree pearl brooch was brought up from his Museum & was apart of his colonial collection & is said to be made somewhere (give or take) around the 1920's.

Elegantly formed in 14K gold, this seems to emulate a tulip with a pearl flower. Designed with curved leaves & a floral bud with fine (And precise) filigree gold wire that lays in the interior of each.Each tiny curve is precise & when I look at this,I can tell this was made by one who specialized in this type of art. A leaf shoots upward & is made with a diamond cut technique,so there's some sparkle on this.

Pin this to a hat,jacket or anywhere you choose & is light enough to even wear on a delicate fabric!
