Federico is known for taking pearls to a whole new level of design, with this a perfect example!
This statement size dragonfly comes with wings that are heavily encrusted, with an abundant amount of pearls that practically cover the sheet sterling they are soldered upon, while from it's antenna to the end of the tail the pearls lay in a single form.
They are bezel set atop of oxidized sterling that has been stamped with little tiny dots that give the metal a little texture.

**This is made with a shepherds hook, which normally would hook OVER the beads, but the way this was made, there is not a wide opening to do so, unless the buyer opens it up some to accommodate the bead size you plan to use it with. The beads I photographed it with are small(Both 5 mm & 6 mm) & without messing with the hook, I threaded them through the hole of the shepherds hook.To open it up more,I would take needle nose pliers & while going slow & easy, you would do this on the curve of the hook, that is right below where the beads would sit.**(see last photo)
