This is a wonderful all sterling necklace that comes from my personal collection that I have had for years now & don't wear enough to validate keeping it! I have gotten quite a few wears out of it & loved it for the fact that you can wear it when you're doing a day of all sterling or one with stone! It's literally a anytime,anyplace, wear it with anything type of necklace!

What I love is how it sits high on the neck & what statement it has!! The necklace came from Taxco,Mexico where this was made by hand! The beads are nice & chunky & are hand made with an even size precision,which adds to it's uniform look. Each bead is finished so clean that you can't see where the 2 half beads were soldered together,which personally is more impressive to me,since it shows the artist took pride in their work & will spend time producing a piece that is obviously not rushed. .

The center is connected to the strands & is not detachable. It is made to sit high on the neck,where statement style necklaces look best,so they catch the viewers eye. Just to give you a idea how it can be worn,I wore this with my Folk Art embroidered clothing to wearing it with an all black outfit.(Which by the way,looks STUNNING & especially with other chunky all sterling pieces!)

The weight is quite substantial with over a 1/2 lb. of sterling in this! This is such a versatile necklace because of all the options you have, that will pair with it!!
