These are made with Sleeping Beauty turquoise that came from Larry Cooley's turquoise collection..Unless your in the industry, many haven't heard of Larry, but who Larry waas one who you would consider a "scholar" & one of the more 'serious' collector's in the turquoise industry..He had a vast collection from every single mine,with only the finest,premium qualities collected,so when artists like Federico would come to buy,this was who they went to.

Larry collected for decades & since then,many mines have since closed down.(This mine included,which was about 4-5 years back) His collection of course was all natural & one thing you wouldn't find were low grade & or treated stones.
