ABOUT HAPPY PIASSO:
Born in '72 in Socorro,NM & was raised in Alamo,NM.. Happy has been making jewelry approximately half of her life & learned the traditional art of silversmithing from her husband "Rudy Willie" who she teams with.. Her husband Rudy is apart of the well known “Willie Family” with "Ronnie Willie" being just one of his brothers out of many siblings.Happy is an artist that never strays from giving us traditional Navajo jewelry & is committed to this art that was passed on from their Navajo ancestors .

THE CUFF:
Sized for a man OR woman, this undeniable Navajo made cuff is designed with somewhat of an understated width. Personally speaking however, it's not the sterling shank that dominates the spotlight, as much as the fabulous polychrome cut of Royston does! This cut is of premium natural quality, where you see that glossy spit shine finishing that only these premium type of 'harder' cuts of turquoise gives the lapidarian, which you don't get with the inferior grades.This professionally cut stone is cut with a flat top (As opposed to domed)

The cut sits atop of a traditional Navajo designed 1" shank that is stamped from end to end & has appliques that sit on the east & west side of the stone.The perimeter of the shank has a softened look since it has what you call a scalloped perimeter.

It's made for a large size wrist & because of the larger 1-3/8" gap opening, this will accommodate a more 'fleshier" wrist size. This will look very handsome on a man's wrist & would look equally as beautiful on a women's! Since men generally don't like their jewelry to be overpowering large, this width is perfect since the 1" width gives it a more understated feel.
