COPPER CANYON TURQUOISE:

Copper Canyon turquoise is found near a host of other well known turquoise mines that are in the Lander County, Nevada district that are near Battle Mountain. This area, including the fabulous Blue Gem mine, has produced high-grade turquoise since the early 20th century.

Known for its intense, vivid blue tones, Copper Canyon turquoise also contains pyrite that typically appears silvery in color. But in this cut however, the pyrite has the most gorgeous‍ ‍metallic, copper-colored characteristics, like you see in this ring.

THE RING:

This ring doesn’t just have a size that will go unnoticed, but a color that equals! Surrounding the fabulous vivid blue Copper Canyon cut, are evenly sized oval cuts of Sleeping Beauty turquoise that also match in color tonality from one to the next. The cuts are bezel set atop of a contemporary polished sterling which gives it, it’s very modern day appeal.

THE ADJUSTABLE BYPASS SHANK:
Forgive me, but while photographing this, I failed to take a photo of the underside, along with the hallmark, which I always do.. So without that to show you, this is made with one of Federico’s ‘Bypass” adjustable shanks that is presently set at a size 8.5.. There is a minimum amount of room to go down in size, so this was actually made to go up in size. If you need it bigger, I can do this for you, as long as it’s not any greater than say, 1 to 1-1/4 sizes. Please let me know if this is something you need done.
