One thing that I've always loved about the numerous styles that are made by the hands of this Santa Fe artist, are Shane's religious pieces..They play a major role to his inventory & will always beautifully speak for themselves!

This isn't just a "Holy Mother-Our Lady" pendant, but an incredibly made locket to hold things that are dear to your heart close by.Keep a picture of your loved one, a hair, a 1st tooth, or whatever else you find to use it for.

Anchored from a tapered bale, hangs the hand made sterling "Holy Mother" who is surrounded by a hand stamped scalloped halo frame. Open the side latch & you have about a 3/4" oval interior to put what you like, in there.

The bale has an approximate small 5 mm opening & will look as beautiful with a regular sterling chain, as it would with a sterling beaded necklace.. If I was to give my professional opinion, I personally think a pendant this small, looks better with nothing longer than a 18" necklace.
