THE HAIR PIECE:
Overall this is an incredibly designed piece where you won't find another! It is beautifully mosaic inlaid with vivid blue "Natural" Sleeping Beauty turquoise that is mosaic inlaid atop of Cowrie shell that comes in it's natural curved form..Who would have thought to use the shell not only to create this piece of art,but to think of it for a hair piece! It is inlaid in it's entirety & is accented with a hand cut-button style piece of orange Spiny Oyster.

THE STICK:
This is the beauty of the Pacheco' work is for the fact that everything is made by hand,including this wooden stick! It is made of Walnut wood that Farrell cut & sculpted himself! You would think it was made by a machine, it is that perfect & that smooth!! The top is reversible, so if you want to show off the Sleeping Beauty on one day you can or can turn it to the Spiny Oyster for another!! The turquoise side has a Spiny oyster accent,whereas the Spiny Oysters side has a light blue cut of Sleeping Beauty thats used for it's accent.The tops curvature has a channel inlay of Gold & Black Lip Oyster Shell,Spiny Oyster & dark brown Pen shell.

HAIR DENSITY:
From the top of the stick to the top of the Cowrie shell(On the underside) measures about 3/4" (Approximate),so if you have super fine hair,you can put more hair in it,but if your hair is thick,only so much hair will fit through it.

This would be a great addition to any southwest collection!!!!
