THE NECKLACE:
Strung through old 4 mm vintage white heart red trade beads, are a jambalaya of just about everything you can imagine in the way of both faceted & non faceted stones, from small to big stones, from different shapes, different textures, you name it, this probably has it! Dispersed throughout each strand, are not just small Guadalupe charms,but larger pendant size charms as well that are all different from the next, with only one design being repeated. (Guadalupe with real dried flowers in photo 4 & 8) All the Guadalupe's are made in Mexico & are all sterling.
What I love about Kim's necklaces is that instead of using pendants or charms with bales,she connects each of them with her own signature bales that are made of semi-precious round colored beads(Zoom in on photos)that are then hung to the white heart beads.All of them except for the large all sterling center one, are designed this way.
Kim has always designed the middle strand to not have anything strung in the center area, so that the charms of the shortest strand cover the emptiness of the strand with the charms of the shortest.The 3 strands end with a one strand finale of a disk of agate, a big 15 mm hammered sterling bead & jasper & faceted 11.5 mm peach aventurine beads. It has a 2-3/4" wearable extender, so you can add or eliminate length if you choose. A heart of Serpentine,faceted Amethyst,Lapis & turquoise are used at the end of the extender for a nice little look when your back is turned.
