The abalone doesn't weigh much as a rule, but while there is still a generous amount within this necklace, there is also a generous amount of sterling. It weighs just under ¾ lb. so please be sure this may not be too heavy & go over the weights before purchasing.(read weights below)

In the photos, I did not use any features when I edited the pictures that would give you a false color, but rather, what I did do, was turned the abalone toward the light so you can witness all the color that is naturally there
