THE NECKLACE:
This one style of jewelry dates back to centuries old Anasazi traditions..
Totally made by the hands of Warren, where the necklace is made of all hand cut Kingman turquoise beads that graduate in size & then hung by sterling wire is his mosaic inlaid work that is displayed atop of a rusty orange colored pecten shell..Covering up about 1/2 the shell, the mosaic work is laid on a diagonal that follows the form of the shell. There are rectangular cuts of Kingman, that are then separated by bars of sterling with mother of pearl shell & black jet precisely sandwiched in between.
The beads are topped off with sterling cones at the closure & comes with a 3" sterling extender,so you can put the large size lobster clasp anywhere within the chain ( (see photos 2 & 3) to wear it at it's shortest (23-1/2") or at fullest length.(26-1/2") The necklace is strung on foxtail & does not bend or fold down easily.
