New Mexico Navajo Artisan -ROBERT YELLOWHORSE - New Mexico Isleta Pueblo "ZIA" Cross Sterling Earrings
DESCRIPTION:
Whether a proud New Mexican or maybe one who just loves our state & wants "Anything & Everything New Mexico", these then will express your love for this great state & the Zia symbol that represents our state! That's exactly what native New Mexican resident Robert Yellowhorse had in mind when making these!
They are impressively made where he designed these with a double layer of sterling, which for their size, adds to their somewhat hefty weight.(see weights below).Taking 1/2 round heavy gauge sterling wire, each wire then is precisely laid upon sheet sterling for durability..Laying the 1/2 round wire tightly together gives the pendant a 'corrugated' feel..
These are a "go with anything at any time of day" style earring, that will compliment a jewelry collection when you want to do all sterling OR one with colored stone! Great with a strand or more of oxidized sterling Navajo Pearls too!
**I do want to mention that because of the gauge of sterling that Robert used, these have some weight to them & especially for their size! So please take note in the 'combined weight' area below**
