Personally speaking, I wouldn't call these a large, over the top earring, but what they do have going for them is for the quality materials in which they're made with, as well as fine workmanship!

Made with premium Sicilian red coral, the various cuts used are well matched in color & size & are made in a double dangle cluster style earring. The coral is a blue/red color or a true red (As opposed to an orange red) & it's this color of red coral that's so high in demand & is the color most sought out that comes out of Sicily..

They are very wearable on the ear and are simple enough to wear casually, but are elegant enough for the evening! (See weights below)

Anyone in this business knows how much the price of Coral has climbed to & has gotten so ridiculously expensive, which makes it unaffordable for many artists to even consider buying. Coral's cost has skyrocketed up to 500% in the last three years & compared to a few years ago when it was at about $250 a gram,it is now at $1000 a gram (if not over!). Coral is now on the "Rare" list & no longer can it be fished, nor brought in the USA. (These reasons are reflected in the price) Everyday the price goes up & like real estate, it will never be the price tomorrow, as it is today & keeps continually rising..
