ABOUT DRY CREEK:

Dry Creek Turquoise has gained much popularity over the years & has become a real favorite to buyers..It wasn't actually mined till the late 90's & what makes it uniquely different compared to many of our other mines, is for the fact that it comes naturally in this very pastel-creamy baby blue color.In regards to grading turquoise, usually the more pale the color, the lower the quality, EXCEPT for the Dry Creek mine! It has a good hardness (which equates to quality in turquoise) & takes a high polish(Another sign of quality!) If you're familiar with Larimar, it is very close in that in color..Another signature character known to DC,is for it's super fine matrix lines.
