THE EARRINGS:
Oozing an abundance of Oaxaca charm, it’s clear these earrings were made by the hands of a true filigree master — the perfectly formed circular wire patterns reveal a level of precision that’s hard to achieve. This work is an art in itself, requiring not just steady hands but careful mathematical thinking and seasoned expertise to produce such flawlessly balanced forms.

The garlands of tiny pearls are carefully hand-sewn into the handmade filigree base, and for a touch of extra sparkle a technique called "diamond cutting" was used to subtly frame the pearl outline. The pearls are firmly secured and there’s virtually no chance of any coming loose. They have a shepherd’s hook ear wire that includes a latch for added security.

They are light in weight (see weights below for you to decide) and short in length, offering a distinctly traditional Mexican look while remaining comfortable to wear. Their design is delicately feminine in appearance, with graceful lines and subtle details that enhance any outfit.

Oaxaca filigree has become increasingly fashionable and chic, and with a little help from Federico, he has helped bring Oaxaca jewelry into the worldwide fashion mainstream, making this historical art form a celebrated and recognized true art form of Oaxaca.

In order to give you close up photos so I can provide you with all the intricate detail, photos can tend to make the item look gigantic & everything is more magnified than in actuality. Also when you give close up photos, things that look ‘MAJOR” in the design, actually have to be pointed out, since it is not as major as it looks.

I always show how earrings look on the ear, but these somehow passed through without on! So in the meantime until I get a photo up, what you can do is pull out a tape measure & compare to my given measurements to get an accurate idea of how big these are.
