THE EARRINGS:
Made in a two-stone, very wearable drop earring style, these earrings offer effortless elegance. These two-stone drop earrings aren’t trendy fads but timeless classics that will never go out of fashion. The design keeps the emphasis firmly on the stones rather than on elaborate sterling work that might distract from them.
If you love the teal hues of turquoise as we do, you’ll appreciate the rich, nuanced tones in these gems. They transition beautifully from day to night, and are set in contemporary sterling silver with a mirror-polished finish for a refined, luminous look.
I want to mention that even though both earrings are a teal color, the left earring in the photos (with tan matrix) has a tad more of a green-teal hue and is slightly deeper in color than the other. It was difficult to capture the exact tones while photographing these, but I did my best to represent them accurately as I could. Also, the right earring in the photos has a small “pit” mark; this is not a defect but an inherent characteristic of the stone.

Even though the stones & the base are very closely matched, these are still what are called "Non-Calibrated" cuts with a "Free Form" oval-ish shape. When these were assembled, matching the color and the specific mine as closely as possible, was prioritized over exact size and shape. They were intentionally not made to be perfectly identical, (Calibrated) though they are closely matched as much as possible.
Because of their free form shape, can make earrings with non-calibrated stones vary slightly in length and or width. So please study all photos carefully before purchasing—if stones that aren’t flawlessly identical would bother you, these may not be the best choice. I do have many more earrings available to choose from.

******You are paying for the turquoise in these.. Natural untreated turquoise will always cost more than stabilized. Also factored into the price for these, is the artist’s name and reputation, the out of control price of sterling, the number of carats and the cost per carat. Also included is the need to compensate the artisan (And or staff) for the time and expertise required to make them. These are just some of the elements that together explain and contribute to the higher final price of these earrings.
