THE EARRINGS

These earrings are made in a lengthy 3-3/4" 8 stone drop that create a 'Ladder" style design earring. They display horizontally laid marquise cuts of green variscite, which is so often confused with turquoise that it's sometimes marketed as "Variquoise" to show its close relationship or when it's difficult to determine if a cut is Turquoise or Variscite..The cuts are very uniform in color & size & the color is what I would call a 'milky green'.. The marquise cuts are anchored from chunky oval cuts of teal colored Royston turquoise.

These have a 'southwest upscale' style quality that are made in a simple bezel setting, that capture the beauty of the variscite, where the sole focus is on the stones rather than a lot of sterling work that can distract from their design.

Sophisticated & elegant in style, the sterling is given a mirror polished/contemporary finishing(Rather than a oxidized finishing) that give them a look that can be elegantly worn in or out of the southwest!
