Sometimes as an artist, when you find something as naturally colorful as the Spiny Oyster shell, you let nature take the lead and hand it over to the spotlight, keeping metalwork intentionally understated. The pricing is dictated also by Federico’s name and his decades old reputation in the industry. Also included is the need to compensate the artisan (And or staff) for the time and expertise required to make the earrings for Federico. These are just some of the elements that together explain and contribute to the higher final price of these earrings.

*****I do not consider myself a 'professional photographer" but I do try my hardest to give you photos that are 'realistic" in color ,just so you're not shocked, nor disappointed to find they are too vibrant or didn't look vibrant enough, when you get them. I find however that photographing anything with 'yellow' in it some of the toughest to photograph, (oranges, greens) since they can come up a little more vivid than other colors, so please take this into consideration. I photographed these in front of 3 different colored backdrops, so please go through all photos to see ANY variation.
