ABOUT THE STONE:
Known for it’s distinct & simply incredible purple color,Charoite comes from only one place & that is Siberia, Russia.It is said to be on the ‘rare” side & is not only known for its swirling hues of deep royal purples,along with plays of lighter lavender colors,but its magnificent quartzy-opalescent-pearly characteristics,as well..It's no wonder that it's found it's way into artists hands throughout the SW jewelry industry & when you see it,you will know why!! It's truly an amazing looking stone!

THE CUFF:
The huge cut of Charoite is well represented in this statement size cuff & is highlighted by an assortment of embellishings that are made up of hand made swirls of thick gauge twisted wire & scalloped-fan shaped & 1/2 moon appliques.The latter is a time consuming process,where they are made by Leon melting the sterling into little beads & then hand pounding & forming them into shape so they can then be hand stamped.

Directly outside the center sits a beautifully made design of 2 different rectangular cuts & a fanned sheild with a scalloped perimeter.Everything then sits on a 5 split-heavy 10 gauge round wire shank that is spread to accomodate the large center.Beautifully hand finished in a vintage revival finishing.(No need to polish!)

This has a hefty & very solid weight to it & looks incredible on the wrist!!Traditional,but made with a contemporary edge! Can be worn by both Man AND Woman!
