Beautifully made with 3 large Spiny Oyster hearts that are framed with a cluster halo of bright blue-gem quality Sleeping Beauty turquoise that have a little pearl accent that sits at the top of each.. The pearl gives this a sweet feminine touch & was a great call to the design!
The heavy gauge sterling shank is nice & hefty & feels durable & strong & cannot be adjusted based on the gauge..
