THE CUFF:

I personally have my favorites, and onyx set in sterling is definitely one of them. The look is refined and extremely classy, especially when paired with black clothing. It has a way of taking the entire outfit to a whole new level of sophistication where you’ll find the jewelry brings out the best in the wardrobe, and the wardrobe, in turn, highlights the jewelry.

This cuff is filled to the brim with three variously sized cabs of rich, deep black onyx—each chunky in size so they collectively conceal the sterling beneath, since they sit snugly packed together. It’s difficult to judge weight when shopping online, but I can say the cuff feels substantial and durable, carrying a heft, thanks to the heavier gauge sterling used.

You’ll hear the compliments with this one, it’s a bold, eye-catching cuff that will get you noticed and admired for your finer tastes in jewelry!

SIZING:

This cuff is made for a medium size wrist that’s on the “Smaller” side of medium.. It has a 1” gap opening which is great for a wrist that’s not so "fleshy and meaty". Because of the heavy gauge sterling, this is not adjustable... So it does help to know your wrist size & what gap you need to go over the arm comfortably before purchasing, since cuffs fit different than any other type bracelet.

Unfortunately Federico has had to raise his prices since the price of sterling (& gold) has gone up and fluctuates on a daily basis. Many pieces have more than doubled in price because of this. Between the price that metal is costing artists, plus the rising cost for materials, there was no other choice but to increase everything.

The pricing is dictated also by Federico’s name and his decades old reputation in the industry. Also included is the need to compensate the artisan (And or staff) for the time and expertise required to make the jewelry for Federico. These are just some of the elements that together explain and contribute to the higher final price of this cuff.
