This cuff was made with a 'Ingot' method where he pounded & pounded the metal out, rather than shaping it into a cuff from sheet silver. This was a method Natives used decades ago & the look by using ingot, is non-comparable. It has a more 'fabricated, raw look from using this method of making. The sterling is stamped  with design throughout & is heavy..The top center design below the Coral is actually pounded out from a silver dollar & is made of 900 silver(90% parts silver, whereas sterling is 92.5% silver).

The coral is the color of tomato soup & comes from a family from Sciacca,Sicily, that has locked in the Mediterranean Coral market supply now for generations & generations & Don gets the best coral from this families "Old Stock".This coral is no longer available & has been in their possession for years now. The square cut is set in its own hand made scalloped bezel.
